This policy describes how JIPTV ("we") handles the personal data of users of the JIPTV application and website. This is a template text that should be reviewed with a legal advisor before publication.
1. Nature of the service
JIPTV is a graphic media player (IPTV player). We do not provide, host, sell, or distribute any content, channel, or stream. Sources (M3U playlists, Xtream accounts) are entered and managed solely by the user.
2. Data we process
- Account: email and authentication credentials.
- Player configurations: playlists, profiles, favorites and "continue watching" history, necessary for operation.
- Technical data: device type and anonymous diagnostic data.
- Payments: handled by the device's store; we do not process your card data.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process data to provide and improve the player, manage accounts and subscriptions, and for legal obligations. The legal basis is contract performance and legitimate interest.
4. Retention and rights
We retain data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes. You may request access, rectification, or deletion by writing to support@jiptv.net. You can also delete your account and all associated data yourself by following the account deletion guide.
