By using JIPTV you agree to these terms. This is a template text that should be reviewed with a legal advisor before publication.

1. Service description

JIPTV is exclusively a graphic media player (IPTV player). The software allows you to play playlists and sources provided by the user. JIPTV does not provide, host, sell, or distribute any content, channel, program, or audio/video stream.

2. User responsibility for sources

The user is solely responsible for the sources they enter (M3U links, Xtream accounts) and guarantees they have the legal right to use them. It is forbidden to use the player to access content in violation of third-party rights or applicable laws.

3. Subscriptions and payments

A subscription is required to use the player. Purchases happen exclusively inside the app through the device's store (App Store, Google Play, etc.) and not on this website. The subscription covers only the use of the player and does not include or grant access to any content. Renewals, refunds, and cancellations follow the store's rules.

4. Limitation of liability

The software is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the availability, legality, or quality of sources entered by the user.
